We are The Pioneer star class beach resort in the East Cost, serving
Sri Lankas tourism industry for over 35 years. We seek a competent
dedicated individual with good interpersonal skills that can handle dynamic situations to partner with us as the Resident Manager, as we endeavour in
the future growth of our organization. The hotel currently operates as 3 a
star 45 roomed resort and is poised for an expansion & upgrade
of facilities in the near future.

The ideal candidate seeking this opportunity should be a Graduate of Hotel Management or of Professional Academic background, aged between 38-50 years with at least 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, and a minimum of 5 years in a similar position. Financial Management or Accounting experience would be a definite advantage. A remuneration package including vehicle, family accommodation, and medical cover is on offer.
